The Byrnes from GA had a honey-do list and asked us if we'd like to tackle it. And of course we did, it was fun and they are very easy to work for.
Here's a run down of the list.
Replace exterior lights.
Replace two shutters.
Install 5 recessed lights in kitchen.
Replaced all hinges on kitchen cabinet doors.
Installed side mount drawer slides on kitchen cabinet drawers.
Hung 13 blinds.
Replaced patio door jamb and threshold.
Cleaned out gutters and reattached them.
Replaced hardware on 2 pocket doors.
Rewired light in basement.
Replaced upstairs and downstairs thermostats.
